Transportation Driver
Job Summary:

As a Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other medical facilities. Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other medical facilities
Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during transportation
Maintain accurate records of patient transports, including arrival and departure times, and any incidents or issues that may arise
Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate patient transportation and ensure timely arrival at destinations
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for patients
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, inside and out, to ensure a positive experience for patients
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move patients as needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA Certification preferred
